What does it cost me?
Nothing in the end, but you do pay upfront. You order the product yourself, and once you've used it and sent us your feedback we reimburse the full purchase price. The product is yours to keep.
Do I have to write a public review?
No. Your reimbursement depends on the feedback you send us directly, never on a review posted anywhere. We don't require or request a public review in exchange for taking part, and what you tell us stays with our product team.
What kind of products will I test?
Products across home and kitchen, garden, pet, sports and fitness, outdoor and seasonal categories — not only baking tools.
How and when do I get reimbursed?
Send us the order confirmation when you buy, then your feedback once you've lived with the product. We reimburse the full purchase price you paid, to the payment method or account we agree on when we match you with a product.
How long does it take?
Most testers spend a couple of weeks living with the product, then send us their notes. There's no fixed quota.
